I am proud to say that my body fat has been continually declining. I have more energy, I am in much better shape, and I have the desire to keep improving. Most importantly, I do not have to take cholesterol medication. I enjoy working out with my trainer and know that he has played an important role in this process.
The more you sweat, the more the trainer works you, but more importantly, he understands just how much to push and when to slow down. He has an innate ability to understand people's needs. What can I say? He's a great person!
