This unique fitness class draws its roots from military style strength training and cardiovascular techniques. The strategy combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, balance, and coordination as well as agility and speed training activities. Boot Camp is open to all fitness levels, however, you must be able to engage in vigorous activity.

Our version of NBC's “The Biggest Loser.”

 

The contest will challenge and encourage you to shed pounds in a safe and recommended manner through comprehensive diet and exercise. A 10-week program of intense group training under the direction of a certified personal trainer will help you transform your body, health — and ultimately — your life. The winner is determined by overall body fat % lost and muscle gain. You must fill out an application to be selected for the program. Stop by the desk for application, information, and deadlines.
