Speaking of music, if you are a fan of dancing be sure to stop by a Boost Zumba class. Our Latin-inspired choreography will help you increase overall coordination and strengthen your heart and lungs. Caught up in the nine to five and feeling the pressure? Fitness routines are a healthy way to break up your day and take some well deserved time for yourself. Our Group Centergy class will have you leaving the gym feeling focused and calm. The blend of Pilates, power yoga, and beautiful music will help you to strengthen and lengthen your entire body in a relaxed environment.
