The 6 week long sessions often focus on a specific type of workout (including TRX, Kettle Bell, Intro and advanced Spin programs, Specialty Yoga, Pilates, Functional Training, and Insanity). In these motivating and fun training classes, your small group will work out with a Boost Fitness Trainer who will guide you through the exercises and help keep you accountable.

My trainer guided me with encouragement and never asked if I could do something. She would just say, "You're going to do this today," and I did!! Now I look forward to our sessions and what will be accomplished. I am building my fitness confidence and my self-confidence, as well.
My trainer is passionate about fitness, and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm he brings to every session. His easy-going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He customized my workouts to my abilities, and yet he pushes me to give a little more where I normally would have given up. I am getting stronger and leaner each week.

I have a trainer that is absolutely amazing and always motivates me to never give up. Seeing the progress that I've made, I've never been more motivated and proud to get to the gym at least three days a week to continue to make progress and become stronger. There is no greater satisfaction than seeing an amazing transformation like I've been through.
I am proud to say that my body fat has been continually declining. I have more energy, I am in much better shape, and I have the desire to keep improving. Most importantly, I do not have to take cholesterol medication. I enjoy working out with my trainer and know that he has played an important role in this process.
