This Unique fitness class draws its roots from military style strength training and cardiovascular techniques. The strategy combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, balance, and coordination as well as agility and speed training activities.
This 12 week program meets twice a week under the direction of a certified personal trainer. Open to all fitness levels, however you must be able to engage in vigorous activity.
