The majority of exercises you do during bootcamp are strength moves, which will help you build more muscle and burn more calories at rest.

Week 5: Weight Loss

While exercise is extremely important to losing weight, it takes some discipline in the kitchen to start seeing results from your boot camp classes. Even though you may be dripping with sweat when you leave class, that doesn’t give you permission to raid the snack cabinet when you get hungry. We recommend eating a healthy, balanced diet when participating in a boot camp training program. Week 6: Boosting Confidence

There’s no better feeling in the world than seeing how far you’ve come over the course of the program. At the beginning of every Beyond Bootcamp program you’ll perform a fitness test and a personal trainer will write down your results. By the end of the program, you might find yourself hanging it on the fridge next to your child’s report card. Remember how burpees felt like a death sentence Week 1? Well they still do, but you’ll be impressed by how many more you can do. By the end of the six week program, you’ll be giving your classmates high fives and patting yourself on the back for how far you’ve come. Those nifty moves you learned on the TRX bands?
